Preparing to sell a home can be overwhelming. So many decisions to be made. Knowing
how to make the house look the most appealing to the greatest number of buyers can
greatly increase the sale price and greatly shorten the time on the market.

I offer home selling consultations. These consultations help homeowners see their
properties through someone else’s eyes. Included are professional suggestions about:
arranging furniture, deleting unnecessary furniture, showcasing the function of a room,
making spaces look larger, making a space feel more styled, and deciding what to fix and
what to leave alone.

If appropriate, suggestions will also be made for new paint colors and upgraded fixtures (lighting, hardware etc.).
