Sourcing

Once a design layout and concept are chosen, sourcing brings available and specific options
for furniture, rugs, paint colors, tile, lighting, accessories, etc. together. A Sourcing room board is
created (examples shown) showcasing all these options together. Sourcing finds
appropriately sized and styled finishes (tile, lighting, hardware) and
furnishings (rugs, furniture, accessories) available for purchase by the client through regular retail companies. Links to all the sourcing options are provided, and all purchasing is completed by the client.

Sourcing finds the right pieces, of the right style and size, and brings them together to create the
well designed “pulled together” space clients wish for.

The Sourcing Mood Board lets the client visualize how the room will look when finished
and can offer a choice between styles.

Sourcing with Mood Board creation starts at $250/ room dependent on of size of room.
